Jennah Kips
Hi, I am Jennah Kips a 25 years old mixed-media artist and stopmotion filmmaker from Zeeuws-Vlaanderen.
From a young age I am inspired by stopmotion animation movies. Aardman, Nina Gantz and Michel Gondry are great sources of inspiration for me. I really like working with my hands and seeing the human element in my work.
When I start a project I want to look for a new discoveries. By combining or trying out different techniques, I try to gain new insights.
Furthermore, absurdity and humour are always part of my I try to use absurdism and humor to address serious topics. I also believe that it's very important to have fun during the making process. Fun is the driving force of everything.
